Funny we know far more about this guy than the dead guy in Butler...
That's because the FBI DESTROYED all the evidence about the dead guy in Butler. They even washed all his DNA off the roof where he was shooting from plus they cremated the body without prior announcement. Then the FBI destroyed his cell phones and online presence. And if you ask Chris Wray about this he will tell you that he can't provide any answers because the matter is still under investigation.
