There is definite precedent. In 1927, the Republican Senate refused to seat Republican Frank L. Smith of Illinois as a US Senator because corrupt practices were employed during his successful election. One of the major issues was that Smith had spent excessive sums of money during his campaign.

Lee is correct. If Casey steals the election, the Senate ought to refuse to seat him.

That county commissioner woman openly said she knew it was illegal to count those ballots and said people break the law all the time so I’m just gonna do this. Trumps new Attorney General should target her immediately. She’s no different than some southern sheriff in the civil rights days doing his thing,.
