Senator Mike Lee of Utah has an excellent idea to stop Democrat Bob Casey from stealing Pennsylvania’s Senate race.
Despite losing to Republican David McCormick in an extremely tight race, and the race being called by multiple networks, Casey and his cronies are working behind the scenes to try and steal the seat in the way that Democrats specialize in.
As the race heads to an automatic recount, Casey and Democratic operative Marc Elias are trying to ensure that illegal ballots are counted in order to try and claim victory.
These efforts have been criticized by people across the political spectrum, particularly given Casey’s record of describing Donald Trump as a threat to democracy.
Among those denouncing these efforts is Senator Lee, who also happens to be an experienced jurist and constitutional expert.
According to Lee, the Senate could simply refuse to seat him.
“If Bob Casey doesn’t concede, Pennsylvania keeps counting illegal votes, [and] Casey relies on those votes to claim victory, the Senate could refuse to seat him,” he wrote on the X platform.
Lee went on to cite a constitutional clause that states: “Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members.”

What Mike Lee is suggesting is probably the Dems’ objective from the get go. From the Dem perspective, Casey being refused the seat/leaving it empty beats the heck out of having another Republican Senator. So thanks for the help Mikey...

Grammar Nazi alert: this article uses this construction three times: “Try and cheat” is slang. You don’t have to be an English professor to know that the proper construction is “try TO cheat.” Honestly I swear that all the editors in the country have been fired
This is what I have been saying for every spurious delegate from Electors to Senators from rouge states.... simply refuse to seat them. They disenfranchise all other duly and honestly elected delegates. Refuse to recognize them as legitimate because they ARE NOT. They have no place in a relatively honestly elected governing body. When and if the various rogue states can conduct a just election their delegates will be recognized and seated.
All bark and no bite. The Senate, even in Republican hands, is too full of squish to do what Lee suggests. And honestly, Lee knows it.
Sound good but the RINO Party doesn’t have the guts to do that. Why don’t they tell Casey now that they aren’t going to seat him.
If Elias is so eager to have illegal ballots counted in the Presidential Election, in criminal violation of Federal Law
then perhaps he should be charged with Treason against the United States,
and all those who subsidize this criminal violation should be charged under RICO with conspiracy
Elections have consequence, especially "under rule of law" in a democracy.

Why are votes still being counted nearly 2 weeks AFTER Election Day? Hundreds of millions of voters are being disenfranchised because of a couple states. We the people should know who won elections within 24 hours of the close of voting. FEDERAL Elections need ONE Standard.

Democrats cheat. It's why they don't want voter ID and other safeguards. Casey is scum for wanting to count the votes of illegals.

Then the cheaters win because the one Senator remaining is also a Democrat, and also cheated his way into office.
The better idea, and I believe what Senator Lee is suggesting, is for the Senate to refuse to seat Casey and seat McCormick, the true winner, instead.
That way you are punishing the Democrats for cheating.
Your way punishes PA and rewards the cheaters by leaving the state with a single senator - a Democrat.
Time for RICO charges on the Democrats.
So punch her in the face, beat the sh1t out of her, then claim that "people break the law all the time, so I'm just gonna do this."
THAT is what it takes to stop stealing.
Otherwise laws are meaningless and justice is NOT done.
