Something doesn’t add up. If they can’t write cursive or sign their name, then what they put on their registration form? If they hand printed can the software not recognize block print?
I recall in 2020 Nevada had deliberately adjusted the confidence of signature validation machines to under 30%. So just about anything that resembled a little bit the file, the machine validated it. Enabled lots of fraud from anyone who collected ballots sent to empty apartments of long vacated residents. It should be set at 75% or higher. Then it would reject anything obviously phoney. It could in theory sort the rejects too - 50-75% match could be hand inspected as sometimes signatures will evolve at different phases of life… and under 50% to the reject pile.

FWIW, that data about who has voted in Nevada that was actually in the original post includes only early voting. (Republicans leading by 3.8%). In 2020, Republicans were TRAILING after early voting by 4.1. So if we’re comparing early voting to early voting, the Republicans have IMPROVED by 7.9%.
I don't know what you mean? You can see who voted throughout the day - that's the key to the GOTV effort: calling, texting, emailing people who haven't shown up to vote. If you know who hasn't voted, you know who voted.
