The Dems have to branch out to different counties this cycle. They don’t have enough registered voters in Philadelphia to overwhelm Trump’s state wide vote. More chances to get caught, but they are desperate and count on never getting prosecuted.

FTA---We better check the entire state of Pennsylvania, Pa DA said the Clerk received fake applications at or near the deadline to register.......the fraudsters colluded, and waited till the last minute to escape notice. They would've used the fraudulent apps to commit mail-in ballot fraud without getting caught.
