In my opinion, it shouldn’t even have to be based on religious protections to win that suit.

You can’t fire a teacher for trying to teach a braindead student proper English. I hope the teacher enjoys his retirement. He deserves it.

While it is imposing on his freedom of religion, it’s also compelled speech. The State has made LGBT their religion and believe they have the right to impose the ideology on teachers and students in public schools. They have no such authority.
LGBT and abortion are pillars of the God-less religion. Just because they claim their is no ‘God’ that is the umbrella to their beliefs doesn’t mean it isn’t an ideology equal to a recognized religion. This is the problem.

The school board members prosecuting the original charge against the teacher should collectively pay the fine.
