Take the number of murderers, divide by 330 million, and multiply by the population of your town/city/county. That’s the per capita number of new murderers living in your community.
I live next to a city with a high murder rate. Based on an average distribution of these murderers, that city just gained six more. Just what they need. My small town gets one.
If you add up all of the criminals, its downright scary.
