Donald Harris is obviously a mulatto, mixed race, a light skinned black person. What Owens has come up with here is the possibility that Mr. Harris could be illegitimate. Which is neither here nor there as far as race/ethnicity goes. There could be some old scandal many years ago in Jamaica.
