The Chief of Naval Operations, Admiral Lisa Franchetti, finds herself at the proverbial ‘tip of the spear’ for America’s strategic sealift readiness—forced into an impossible decision between her vision for putting more players on the field and the practicality of managing a fleet impacted by a mariner recruiting and retention problem.

My son is a graduate of Cal Maritime. He took great pride in going there. He has gone on to a very successful career in the maritime industry. He will not visit the campus today. The DEI crew has taken over.

Like another admiral promoted by Biden -- transsexual Robert/Rachel Levine -- it seems the potential "volunteers" of an "all volunteer" force aren't running to be commanded by "diversity, equity and inclusion" politics. Gosh. what a surprise there....

Government INDUCED cargo, and not much of it in the larger world of shipping. "...only 1.5% of America's international seaborne trade and less than 0.4% of the world's ocean-going shipping...."

....keep in mind..... Admiral Levine is NOT a member of the United States Navy....he - yes!!! HE - is a commissioned officer of the United States Public Health Service...not an agency that falls under the umbrella of the U.S. Department of Defense; it is part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services........

You don’t know what a blanket party is, or just kicking someone’s ass?

It is the homosexual that has to tread on water around the men, as long as he isn’t a problem then he can be a fun character as they usually are, but if he tries to power swagger like a tough guy over the guys, he will be put in his place.

Well aware, Robert/Rachel is not in the Navy. Well aware that the Navy under Franchetti has a big recruiting problem, as does the merchant marine. As do the other military branches. As do police departments in some “progressive” inner cities. Under whom would any of us “serve” these days? As we have watched religious denominations split over such LGBT politics, so we are watching the nation generally split along rather clear grounds. People walk away.
