The apparent protocol that every 911 call or tip must be believed is questionable.

Anti gun nazis will report an open carry as brandishing so the cops show up and bother the falsely accused, even if they see no evidence of brandishing themselves. A report from someone can be used to justify an investigation at a minimum.

Sort of like the way they like the seatbelt laws - so they can legally do a stop to find evidence of a bigger crime.

I guess 16 months was the max but she really pissed off the judge and he slammed her. It’s good to know we’ve got a judge like that.
