This seems self-defense and justified.

You’re not allowed to defend yourself from being attacked in Taxachusetts?

Scott Hayes didn’t realize that DA Marian Ryan was part of the pro-Palestinian mob...

Interesting, the attacker’s name isn’t mentioned, and I presume no charges for running across a street through traffic, tackling, and getting on top of Scott Hayes. The crime at the center of the incident. Hope Hayes has a good attorney.

Are you a Political Activist?

Conservatives go to jail and get sued.

She's a flaming Lefty POS:

Criticism of Marian Ryan's office by the United States Supreme Court

In March 2016 in Caetano v. Massachusetts, the United States Supreme Court reversed the conviction of a woman who had protected herself against her abusive and violent ex-boyfriend with a stun-gun.

In a concurring opinion, Justice Samuel Alito, a former federal prosecutor, criticized the decision by Ryan's office to prosecute the woman, writing: "A State's most basic responsibility is to keep its people safe. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts was either unable or unwilling to do what was necessary to protect [the defendant], so she was forced to protect herself. To make matters worse, the Commonwealth chose to deploy its prosecutorial resources to prosecute and convict her".

If this goes to trial and isn’t dismissed, there should be riots at the courthouse. Seriously. It’s all caught on film as is self-defense without a doubt.

If this goes to trial and isn’t dismissed, the justice system is no longer of consequence. It becomes duty to rebel against this type of partisan tyranny.

At least imperfect self-defense. Who knows what that nut had planned? He could have had a concealed weapon himself. What am I gonna do? Wait til he stabs me in the eye or heart, sprays me with acid, or shoots me in the head with a small gun? No way! You come at me like that I gotta assume you’re mental and I have a right to protect myself by any means necessary to eliminate the threat.

NOT guilty! Too bad he’s in Massholeia and the jury there will prob convict him (for supporting Israel actually).

But you’re not allowed to defend yourself when attacked in NY.

The attacker skates, and the victim is prosecuted and persecuted.

This is a part of a communist practice that has developed over the last few years, the first public victim of which was George Zimmerman. Now, especially since the Summer of Love, any time a law-abiding citizen who is attacked by a privileged person resists with legitimate, legal force, regardless of whether the force is with a firearm or simply by hand, that perfectly legitimate person who acted legitimately is always persecuted in Hel Hole regimes like NYC. The practice is so common that it’s impossible to doubt that the whole idea comes from the Biden Harris administration, which is trying to obliterate the right of self-defense by persecuting any person who does so legally and effectively. Once more, a good reason to get rid of Harris and restore our legitimate President, Donald John Trump.

What right would that be? To pummel someone the racist left disagrees with?
