One thing that the DHS does well is consolidate suspicious activity reports and pushes the information to State/Local officials.

While this post is intended to raise awareness of the fact that 9/11 has been a thing since 1565 - let’s all just be a little quicker than usual to take pictures of and send them off to See/Say even if you can’t explain why you think a person or thing is out of place.
