But the errors are not “meaningless and inconsequential.” Getting it wrong means your ballot is rejected — that’s meaningful and consequential. Maybe the voter can take 2 seconds to get it right. Or whoever is filling out the ballot, because it’s probably some third-party hack in a DNC workplace.
Your honor my not looking at my speedometer is a ‘meaningless and inconsequential’ error just like the law says about my undated ballot.
Their “fundamental” right to vote is NOT using a mail in ballot. The fundemental form of voting is in person. All other forms are not fundamental they are in addition to.
I highly doubt people ran around to sickly etc even 50yrs ago collecting ballots etc because it likely wasn’t allowed to bring in ballots for others.
If a person wants to vote, plan to get to poll. Take day off, start out the day before. Don’t be at your vacation home or whatever. If it’s so important to you to vote, prioritize it.
Because dems etc want to keep making excuses to make it easier to vote, and republicans bought into convenience, is why we have mail in issues, including fraud.
If people really held their vote with regard and respect, they would act accordingly. Do all they could to be sure it was accurate and securely counted.
