On Tuesday, a federal appeals court in New Orleans ruled that illegal aliens do not have the right to bear arms under the Second Amendment, due to the fact that they are not American citizens.
As reported by Fox News, a three-judge panel of the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals determined that federal law prohibiting illegal aliens from owning firearms is legal, as the Constitution does not apply to anyone who has entered the United States illegally.

After hearing the appeal of the illegal’s lawyers, the three-judge panel ruled that the rights granted to American citizens by the Constitution do not apply to illegals.
“The Second Amendment protects the right of ‘the people’ to keep and bear arms. Our court has held that the term ‘the people’ under the Second Amendment does not include illegal aliens,” said U.S. Circuit Judge James Ho in a concurring opinion. “As to common sense, an illegal alien does not become ‘part of a national community’ by unlawfully entering it, any more than a thief becomes an owner of property by stealing it.”

They are criminals................
Meanwhile, I see this on social media:
“Does the Secret Service exist at all???
Another violent Democrat tries to attack President Trump at his rally in PA.”
Obviously, authorities in Colorado are flouting this law.
If they don’t have Second Amendment Rights how in the hell can the far-left weirdos say they have any rights at all? It seems too many people in the Federal Government are using too many serious drugs. Time to start deporting the freeloaders. They don’t have Constitutional Rights and are committing felonies being here.
This is not an insignificant outcome.
This is a setup. The Jamaican Mammy is going to say they need to be given U.S. citizenship right away so they will be able to carry guns and shoot the gringos.
Why are we counting them in the census?
They are criminals................
Any Declarationist can tell you that the US Constitution doesn't "grant" American citizens rights.
That’s right. And they don’t have 1st amendment rights either. In fact they have nothing more than basic human rights. They have no rights specifically under the constitution because the Constitution is for citizens.
The three-judge panel ruled that rights granted to American
citizens by the Constitution do not apply to illegals.

Very nice reasoning.
I believe the judge is a Trump appointee.
This is the sort of thing that makes Kamala cackle.
I don’t like this ruling... Not because of the illegals part... but the because the 2A “GRANTS” us nothing.
The Right is pre-existing. It confers nothing, but is instead a BAR on government action that would infringe the free exercise thereof...
That being said, illegals are NOT citizens. They are not afforded the same legal protections as natural born or naturalized Citizens would enjoy.
It’s a horribly bad ruling.
“What the government gives, the government can take away.”
Ruling that the 2A “grants” us this Right is a horrifyingly bad way to look at our Natural Rights.
The Constitution is a document pertaining to GOVERNMENT.
It limits GOVERNMENT and lists a few specific job duties and a few more specific prohibitions on GOVERNMENT.
Our LAWS, made under those express limits, apply to US Citizens... That would be a correct statement. Legal protections we enjoy would not be conferred to those here illegally.
