Kool Aid rebranded.
It isn't just rebranded Kool Aid. I grew up with those powdered mixes. Kool Aid, Wyler's, Funny Face, Flavor Aid, I had them all. Flavor Aid was definitely cheaper tasting, and not as good as Kool Aid. Flavor Aid is to Kool Aid what "All" is to "Tide".

The K/A mfg uses less of the key ing to make it cheaper and sell it cheaper.
