Ny applauds when it happens and cal,s it “mostly peaceful” if the victim survives the attack, even if they are in critical condition for awhile in the hospital
It’s almost like the movie purge where the state sanctions 1 night where criminals can commit whatever crimes they want, including murder, and not be charged- only in places like ny, it extends all year long
Why anyone walks around NYC without a defensive weapon is beyond me.

Whenever the race isn’t mentioned you can safely assume they are black. If they were white the race would be the first thing mentioned. I am not going to get all maudlin about the old white guy .
