yeah, he puts the suck in Gorsuch
Agreed.
Usually the way the Feds will enforce the law is by withholding the funds from the state.
...and Vice-—versa. Land whale teams.
Wonder what the oral argument were like, since we don’t live in a perfect world. At least some of this biden admim crap got stopped for now.
Seems like this was a procedural vote.
A lower court had ruled against the Biden Admin. Biden Admin tried to skip the appeals process and asked the Supreme Court to intervene and reinstate the Title IX rewrite. The Supreme Court refused to intervene and sent the case back to the lower courts.
And Gateway Pundit is wrong, the Supreme Court did not strike down Biden’s rewrite of Title IX. The case will have to work it’s way through the normal appeals process.
pervs gots the sads...
Yes,if you get on a flight and see one of them sitting in first class, get off and change your ticket 😊
Obviously. Find most of those expenditures in Article I Section 8, unless you want to call the Interstate Highway System "postal roads." As I recall, that one was originally justified for military reasons. Too bad the Founders never saw a Venn diagram, but they certainly were award of false equivalence.
You're free to do your own thing. But you won't get any $$$ from the Feds. That's the trap.

Recently there was a thread on Free Republic,, which was very pro Gorsuch, and commenters were saying how lucky we were to have Gorsuch on the Supreme Court.
Perhaps we should all realize that no justice is going to vote the “right” way on every single issue that ever comes before them.
"VICTORY: U.S. Supreme Court BLOCKS Biden Regime’s Sick Title IX Rule in Several States, Which Would Have Forced Women to Allow Men In Their Locker Rooms and Bathrooms – Justice Gorsuch Joins Libs in Dissent [??? emphasis added]"
Justice Gorsuch and other liberal justices are wrong about their dissent for the following basic reason imo.
Regarding post-17th amendment ratification, politically correct federal civil rights, the states have never expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to find remedies for sex-related rights problems outside the scope of voting rights issues, evidenced by the 19th Amendment.
"19th Amendment:
The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
"From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]." —United States v. Butler, 1936.
And when you consider that federal civil rights that protect on the basis of race are likewise constitutionally limited to voting rights problems, evidenced by the 15th Amendment, my conclusion is that probably much of the vote-winning Civil Rights Act of 1964 and its titles made by the Democratic-controlled Congress at the time are unconstitutional.
"15th Amendment:Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.
Section 2. The Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
Since worthless incumbent career federal lawmakers and renegade states have repeatedly proven that they are enemies of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" ALL (exceptions?) state and federal lawmakers and executives in November.
In other words, it's now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, new state lawmakers too, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
Finally, let's not allow the anti-Trump media try to fade our memories of what we witnessed on July 13.
Down the Memory Hole: Google Hides Autocomplete Suggestions Related to Trump Assassination Attempt (7.28.24)
Fuq Xiden and his filthy whore sidekick.
And GTH Gorsuch you weasily spineless douchebag pos.
Since this group cannot naturally reproduce (replace themselves), they must recruit and groom their replacements or the entire “alphabet” ideology quickly dies.
I hope this winning topic comes to the forefront. I would like to see Kamallah defending men strutting around naked in women’s locker rooms. A video of her doing that could shift the electorate overnight.
” So it may sound goofy when it comes to outcomes, but this may be where Gorsuch is going. “

The trick is to sustain national functions such as tax collections from families v. individuals. Effectively Federalism demands neither income nor sales taxes lest the leviathan insert its grubby fingers into every paycheck and purchase. It's one big advantage of tariffs, thus illustrating why the internationalists hate them.
Justapose against his speech content, just recently discussed in many areas...as well as the Quilting Bee.
I think he is reading his audience wrong.
One of these three “conservative” justices are giving me whiplash with their stirring opinions.
As a civilian out here, I could use a lot more coverage on reasons given for seemingly odd rulings.
Media does not cover their reasoning.
ACB is dependably the most prolific of these disappointments. A frequent fly in the ointment.. 🙄
