Sort of just fell from the sky

Strange engine sounds. Should be a 2X turboprop.
Too much weight toward the tail?
Was Rosie O'Donnell sitting back there?
seems like pretty much anything should be recoverable from that altitude without a severe mechanical failure.
Video begins when ATR 72-500 is already in a left rotating flat spin with left wing down. Right engine looks to be operating but port engine appears to be barely rotating. Engine sound is not normal and sounds like one of the engine governors has failed. No high speed turbo prop sound. Appears to be spinning into the failed engine or prop. Need the flight path data. Pilot did not get the nose down fast enough to maintain normal flight after left engine or prop failure?
shift in cargo to the tail???
Reminds me of American Eagle years ago...ice?
Now reports are coming in of icing conditions at 17,000ft. Did their pitot tube ice over and they have false readings of airspeed? Did that add to problems with the wings icing up and icing conditions that overtook the autopilot and cause a high speed stall at cruising altitude? That appears to be the prevalent initial speculation of the cause for the stall and subsequent spin. The ATR has had several crashes due to icing.
