Ultimately, neither side of this debate appears to be saying what they really mean.

Um, no. We’ve been very clear on what we mean.

Parents have the best interest of our children in mind.

Your side doesn’t.

We don’t fear you. We find you flatulent. And stupid. In that regard you’re entertaining. You’re a clown, here to amuse us.

We simply chose to laugh on the outside.

What? Homeschoolers are isolated from being groomed and sodomized in public schools?

No. Government Indoctrination Camps isolates young mushy brains from real life requirements.

My children’s best interest was served by encouraging them to learn more and be smarter than me.

Are the public re-education camps brainwashing our kids too much? (YES!)

I see this all the time. What the heck is an “influencer” and this gem, “momfluencers” ????? Just more garbage from the left trying to sound like they know what they’re talking about.

My daughters home school. 1 has done it always 2 of them after covid continued with it because they didn’t want their kids learning all the sexual perversion force upon them.

My sister-in-law was a 2nd grade teacher for 30 years. She quit, couldn’t take the liberal agenda forced upon her and the teachers. Now, she has 2 kids coming to her house 3 times a week for lessons. She loves being able to teach the kids without the craziness.

The problem is that many schools are becoming too dangerous so it's no longer safe.

You can watch The Wire season 4 - where it introduces Baltimore's school system.

In times long since passed, this socializing argument had some merit. But now the schools are an undisciplined moral and physical cesspool. They are filled with perverts, secret abortions and sex changes. They are run by open communists, homos, trannies and atheists. Education is abysmal and mostly consists of busywork and propaganda. Schools are no longer patriotic.
Crime and drugs are rampant, bullying and SSRIs put your child at risk of death and abuse.

The bottom line, when public schools gave a good education, and were safe, patriotic, moral and did not fight parents they were Ok. Today, they get an abysmal education and are risked physically and morally in uncountable ways.

Homeschool, and homeschool associations with like minded neighbors are best. As for socialization, there are endless opportunities through church and sports.

When the assistant superintendent of our school district and the chairman of the school board were working to bring JROTC to our high school, they were going over to Barre, Vermont to check out the JROTC program there. They asked if I would like to come long. I said, sure, since we are homeschooling, could my older daughter come along?

Neither of them had ever met a homeschooled student before. Ernie was a retired mechanical engineer, former B-24 bombardier navigator, etc. Rich had a PhD in education and one in economics. They both speak mutliple languages. On the ride, they grilled my daughter to see what she knew and how she reacted.

As we approached Barre, Rich asked her if she would come up with some questions for the JROTC students and interrogate them. He said they would never tell the adults what they really thought. This program is for mostly juniors and seniors.

On the return the debriefed her.

At on point, Richard asked if she could become a member of the high school track team, even though we were homeschooling. I asked if there were age requirements. Then, just how old did they think she was?

After a bit of conversation and debate, they settled on 18 or 19. Then Ernie asked her how old she was. 12.

Then I challenged them to find any 12 year old in our school district who could interact with juniors and seniors at (and above) their level and with adults as she was.

Public schooling artificially separates students by age. They never learn how to interact with people out of their age group.

What crap.

They are trying to blame shift isolation problems they created by their whole covid isolation/depopulation strategy.

So convenient.

“The most erroneous assumption is to the effect that the aim of public education is to fill the young of the species with knowledge and awaken their intelligence, and so make them fit to discharge the duties of citizenship in an enlightened and independent manner. Nothing could be further from the truth. The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed and train a standardized citizenry, to put down dissent and originality. That is its aim in the United States, whatever the pretensions of politicians, pedagogues and other such mountebanks, and that is its aim everywhere else.”
― H.L. Mencken

The Origins Of The American Public Education System - Horace Mann The Prussian Model Of Obedience -—
The American Public Education System was directly imported from Prussia (modern day Germany). This model of “free and compulsory” education was designed by the Prussian Emperor, in order to generate obedient workers and soldiers who would not question his authority.

In the 1830’s, American Lawmaker Horace Mann visited Prussia and researched its education methodology. He was infatuated with the emperor’s method of eliminating free thought from his subjects and designed an education system for Massachusetts directly based on these concepts. The movement then quickly spread nationally.

Horace Mann said, “The State is the father of children.”

Do you want your children growing up in total submission to the State?

All home schoolers that I know are church oriented and have active youth programs designed to feed youthful appetites for fun, adventure and diversion in controlled and Godly ways.

We aren't training socialists . . . . we're building God's family here on earth.

I would say the ideal situation in a properly run country is not home schooling.
But it's infinitely a better option than a school system administered by gangsters
and taught by sexual degenerates.

Current public schools should be avoided at all costs.

“But it's (home schooling) also having the effect of neutralizing the moral implications of a choice that has real consequences for communities and children.”

Liberals preaching about moral implications - they don't even believe in morals.

With a few exceptions, home schoolers turn out great; much better educated and prepared for life than students forced to attend government schools.

It is not magic; public school teachers often spend 60 percent of their time dealing with problem students that make up ten percent of the class.
