No evidence of a sprained ankle either

But we do see the same officer a little later fumbling to to make his AR ready in such a way as to not instill much confidence.

My guess is that he panicked which is why once on the ground he didn't immediately remove his sidearm and begin discharging rounds as a way to sound the alarm.

Thanks for posting. The video shows there was no ladder allowing the murderer access to the roof at that location. The ladder was later placed by LE to gain access to the roof..
