Japan’s Nikkei 225 stock index fell by 12.4% today, the worst result since ‘Black Monday’ in 1987 when it fell by 14.9%
TBD in the NYSE of course, but I think the Nikkei crashed after the NYSE crash in 1987, not before - that is, if we have a NYSE disaster today.
The old rule is to stay in cash/equivalents through September. Maybe I will do that.
