Shut up, jerk. I've never worn a Covid mask except when required. It is common for people even with colds and flu to stay home from work and avoid public places like bars and restaurants. Haven't you ever been annoyed by someone with a bad cough going out in public? Don't you think, "This person shouldn't be here"? Or are you one of those tough guys who's never missed work in 20 years because you don't mind going to work and exposing everyone else to your illnesses?

No, actually I’m one of those people who uses hand sanitizer and stays away from people for days whenever I’m sick. I believe that resting for a couple of days and not trying to do anything is the best way to get better.

But in my line of work, I know of many instances where a bunch of people get sick, and if they don’t test positive for COVID, they DO come in for work when they’re still contagious, and they’ll say “don’t worry, it’s just a cold, it’s not COVID”.

But then another person who gets sick, and does test positive for COVID, will say “I have to isolate, (gasp!) I have COVID”, even though their symptoms are the same as a regular cold.

So when I saw you use the word “protocols”, I thought you might be one of them.

Lighten up, we’re here to have fun! Call me any names you like, and I won’t be offended. I have a thick skin.
