There's a lot of good, new information in the video including camera angles and on scene interviews with witnesses that I hadn't seen before.
I watched this one this morning (and several others) on multiple shooters and it was very good.

Track record and backtracking (as on UFOs) by the government means none of us truly can have confidence in their telling the whole truth.

You bet! I’m about 12 minutes into the video you linked. It’s real interesting.
Based on what I’ve seen so far, my working theory is that the first shot or shots were aimed at the snipers, as Cullen suggests. That first shot(s) were not only intended to take out the snipers but also to serve as a signal to the other two other shooters (Crooks and a guy on the water tower), to start shooting. They would have had Trump in crossfire.
The snipers do indeed react to the first shot by slightly lifting their weapon angle upwards. They appear to be facing in the approximate direction of the water tower, so they may have been reacting to both the sound of shots from the first shooter (from the woods) as well as movement from the second shooter on the water tower as he moves out of cover and opens fire on Trump.

No, I hadn’t seen that. Thanks. Now any theory based on shot angles, etc. has to take into account the sound evidence, which SEEMS to indicate the first three shots were from the same gun. If that’s true, I’m not sure whether that bolsters or detracts from Cullen’s theory.
If that is a sniper on the water tower and he was shot, as two eye witnesses claim, there’s got to be some footage out there showing him fall from the tower after being shot.
All three of those were from Legally Armed America. They’re nonsense. Jumping to unsupported conclusions.
The water tower stuff is silly. It’s pixelation of a shadow in a grainy video when the camera jiggles.
In that very grainy footage of the water tower there do seem to be anomalies that give an appearance of something sliding down the left side of the tower.
Just a moment later is when a woman starts screaming very loudly. Did the screaming woman see a body fall? It is arguably a more shocking sight than what happened on the stage and the bleachers.
Also, earlier in that footage, there is an anomaly on the right side of the tower that almost looks like something hitting the tower just below the feet of the supposed sniper and kicking up some dust or vaporized paint or bullet.
He said himself that they were unsupported conclusions.
Because the video is bad, which I said and the guy who posted also said, it’s silly?
I said the water tower stuff was silly. I’m not referring to any particular video talking about it. I’m referring to the idea itself that’s spreading around that there is video shows someone on top of the water tower.

That’s a good point.
He was building a case for another shooter, and directly stating as fact things they deduced from the audio.
