Not sure where this info came from but 130 yards @ 3000ft/sec is 130 milliseconds. Roughly 1/8 of a second.
I was about to post the same thing. Velocity loss would be small at 130 yards. M193 (if that is what it was) and 16 inch bbl, 3,100 to 3200 fps.
