I think you might be a bit to biased th treat this logically. However, let me remind you that it’s a huge portion of the DEMOCRAT Party that is looking for a way to dump kamala. They own the justice department. They own the judges in DC, NY, etc.

This could be easily argued by the anti-kamala faction.

And here this loon comes out of the woodwork once again to proclaim "Courts Uber Alles!!"

The Courts are ignorant, and people are fools to simply accept what they say.

Also, Wong Kim Ark never declared Wong to be a "natural born citizen." He is a 14th amendment citizen, which by the very debates in congress on the matter clarify is naturalization.

14th amendment citizens are naturalized at birth. They are not natural citizens.
