No. She was born to two parents who were citizens of foreign countries. This is clarified with children of diplomats and diplomatic staff.
A child of a Hessian soldier fighting colonists would not be considered a natural born citizen because of a map and a compass.

Wake up. It's only been a few years this was discussed over the qualification of Sen. John McCain. He was qualified because he was born of citizen parents (plural) of the USA. Neither of Harris' parents were US citizens when she was born in Oakland, CA(lifornistan). Natural Born Citizen FAIL! Even her father, who immigrated and matriculated to full US citizenship, says she is not qualified.
