Unless something happens soon in China, this is certain, no matter what anyone does.

SAM sites, radars, naval vessels, ammo and fuel dumps and airfields are the typical targets for air launched missiles.
This isnt glide bomb tech. The US has lots of that.
The Russian “fix” re glide bombs is that they are launching them beyond the range of the limited Ukrainian SAM assets.
“Russian citizens” = invading Russian soldiers.
The Ukrainian Army used cluster bombs on civilians in the Donbas Region of Ukraine in 2014 after U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland bankrolled a coup in Ukraine.
“civilians” in 2014 = Russian soldiers, some in civilian mufti.
The Russian army used cluster bombs willy nilly in 2014 btw, fired from Uragan rocket systems in vast numbers. They have boasted about their effectiveness.
Those Uragan systems, with cluster munitions, were also used in large numbers in the 2022 bombardment of urban parts of Kharkiv. Thats why the Ukrainians have tons of photos of the cluster carrier parts of those rockets.
I suppose, but it seems smarter to gather the intel, then make them for the country we live in. So we can use them when WE need them.
Not make them for another country and let them use the tech in their combat.
But what do I know.
