my opinions:

If I can physically carry it by using my arms, Amendment II says I should be able to carry it on my own property and public property with unrestricted & uncontrolled access by the general public if persons like me can legally vote.

When the bearer is trespassing, Amendment II doesn’t come into play.

If the Secret Service sees me holding a Tommy gun in Lafayette Park, it can ask me to move away from their day-to-day area of control and arrest me if I refuse to reasonably comply.
