And yet Barry has on more than one occasion referred to Michelle as Mike or Michael during interviews. No married normal guy makes a mistake like calling his wife by the male version of a name. And then there is that Ellen DeGeneres show dance video segment when Michelle’s “package” wasn’t taped down and with the white pants “she” was wearing, there was clearly something flopping around that looked a lot like a penis. There is another vid of her leaving some townhouse or office in sweats/shorts and again, something wasn’t tapped down or secured with a jock strap and was also flopping around as “she” walked down some stairs in a hurry. Also her shoulders are quite masculine for someone who doesn’t have a history of being a weight lifter or gymnast in college with well developed shoulders. If you go look for the Ellen dance video with Michelle, I don’t know what other conclusion you could draw - unless it is a strap-on that for some reason she likes to wear for stuff that is TMI for stuff they like to do in privacy of their own home.
I had a sister Michelle who was called Mike by several friends. She hated the nickname, but it was better than Shelley to her, at least.
😂🤣🙄
To some extent, it's a generational thing, like Stephanie Lynn Nicks calling herself "Stevie," or like women named Julie or Julia who have the nickname "Jules" or "Jewels," but consider that some or all of those quotes may have been fake.
Other posts have falsely claimed that Barack Obama called Michelle "Michael." For example, a video circulated on X shows Barack Obama saying: "Michael and I also want to acknowledge..." This clip, however, is misleadingly cut short. In full context, Barack Obama was referring to Michael Mullen, the then-chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, not Michelle Obama.
Another misrepresented instance on Facebook features Barack Obama saying, "I walk with my husband Michael and hold hands..." Again, this clip is misleadingly edited and omits the fact that he was reading an excerpt from a message from a woman expressing gratitude for arthritis treatments and their impact on her life.
