Except that Cheney’s claim of Wyoming residency actually was challenged... by Texas Democrats Stephen E. Jones, Linda D. Lydia and Caroline Franco who claimed that they were deprived of their constitutional right/obligation to elect at least one president/VP candidate not of Texas. They lost the case. as Cheney’s claim of being a Wyoming man was upheld.
