They can have foreigners vote in state elections but not in federal elections.
otherwise, foreigners would be able to dictate our govt.
IF any state cannot assure ONLY citizens voted in the election then the whole state should be REMOVED from the federal totals.
How in the H--- is that in anyway acceptable? "They" can go screw themselves....
