The problem with mine is “selective enforcement”
They keep picking on an 85 year old widow that attends my church for things that aren’t even in the covenants and restrictions and then turn a blind eye to a boat and trailer parked in a homeowners driveway for weeks on end that IS a clear violation.....OBTW the boat was psrkrd 4 doors down from an hoa board member.
HOA’s develop cliques over time. Some residents get preferential treatment and others get harassed.
You can report them to Fair Housing for discrimination.
