This guy keeps yammering and yammering about “fractal technology” but never says what it is. There are no technical papers on it. It sounds like he created a “big data” solution but never tells his readers what it is. There has been (to my knowledge) no independent verification of his tool. Nor does it seem to be applied anywhere but to evaluating election and registration data.

I hope it is credible, but it sure smells scammy.

In Seattle no high tech is necessary.

You can see the voter rolls listing the King County Courthouse as their address. If you visit the courthouse you will notice that nobody actually lives at that address.

The “registered voters” are homeless people—who don’t actually vote until after midnight on election day—when they all vote the Democratic ticket—if needed in a close election.

Many are probably dead.

Many more probably left town long ago.

It is magic!
