Sorry, TexasFreeper2009 - that is completely false!

Biden and Trump would have tied at 269-269 Electoral Votes.

The election would then go to the House of Representatives.

Each state delegation in the House gets ONE VOTE.

California (39 million) gets one vote.

Wyoming (600 thousand) gets one vote.

In January 2021, Republicans had a majority in 27 state delegations.

By the way...

In regard to the national Popular Vote.

Biden's entire 7 million vote lead came from California and New York state.

Trump won the other 48 states and District of Columbia by 37,000 votes.

I had no idea about that! I assumed it was just a straight up vote and since the Democrats had the majority Trump would have lost anyway.
