Greetings. It’s Naomi Wolf with Daily Clout. And I’m really honored to be with Rachel Rodriguez and Mimi Miller of the Vera’s Law Group. Welcome Ms. Rodriguez and Ms. Miller.

Good morning. So Rachel Rodriguez Esquire is the founding attorney. She received an undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in 1999. and a JD from Rutgers University School of Law in 2004. She began her career in Washington, D.C., working with the Department of the Interior and interning at U.S.
Committee for Refugees and Immigrants, where she assisted in drafting proposed legislation. Rachel then worked in D.C. on International Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and SEC private company investigations until moving to a boutique law firm where she became partner in 2014 and led the firm’s growth campaign into South Florida. Ms.
Rodriguez is fluent in Spanish and sits on the board of nonprofits committed to improving the lives of others. She believes that we are a nation whose underlying principle and aspiration is is to live in peace as a society that promotes rule of law, truth, and honor toward one another. Mimi Miller, Esquire,
Attorney Miller received an undergraduate degree from George Fox University and a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law School. While in law school, Ms. Miller published multiple articles in legal journals covering topics such as international human rights law violations, cyber law, healthcare law, and criminal law. She also worked on projects and internships involving elder abuse education, very timely,
and legislation, defense of individuals’ First Amendment rights, with the Pacific Justice Institute and information warfare with US Army Cyber Command. Wow. After graduating law school, Mimi worked as a criminal prosecutor before moving to Florida and joining Vera’s Law Group as a litigation consultant.
Ms.
Miller believes that we must fight to uphold the rule of law for the truth to be made known and for justice to prevail. I’m already intimidated, I have to say, what a powerhouse team of attorneys we have meeting with us today. And just to start everyone off,
I wanted to talk to you both because you’re doing something very important involving criminal litigation. So just jump right in. What are you doing? Why are we here?
