The worst part...
In mid March of 2020 the Trump admin had CMS relax its regs to allow any residential care facility the ability to refuse to take back sick residents if it needed to do so.
Those states sent them back anyway.
Why did the facilities comply when the Feds, for once, had their backs?
If we get the republic back, that question alone is well worth a Congressional investigation.
