As a hobby programmer beginning at the age of 14 (later made a career out of it as a software engineer), there was a time that I thought that MIT was the smartest place on the planet.

Does MIT teach anything besides political science anymore?

Your kids enslaved by non-dischargeable student loans to the tune of 100s of thousands of dollars all so these grifters can get cushy 250K salaries to indoctrinate the next generation of kids.

These people are self-appointed ‘gatekeepers’ to a better life for you kids. Your kids must earn these freaks’ ‘approval’ to get a degree so they can be considered for a decent job and a livable wage.

The system is corrupt beyond comprehension and Trump needs to tear the entire university system asunder and rebuilt it from the ground up.

The problem is that it’s too risky to say no. That “no” can set off protests and get you cancelled. Ruined your career will be.

Radical professor : “We need more DEI staff. Many more!”
College president: “Uh, well…okay.”

This is what happens when government controls schools. The administration become politicized bureaucracies were education is beside the point when it comes to indoctrination and patronage.

there’s going to come a time when Americans will have no choice but to round up the communists and end their reign of terror once and for all.

Tuition continues to rise astronomically at Universities across America.

Accountants are baffled....

Each added DEI person measurably reduces a university’s IQ. If it continues, university intelligence will be reduced to that of a journalist.

MIT increased its staff by 1,219 while undergraduate enrollment increased by 102 students.

In other words, the university added approximately 12 additional staff for every one additional student, according to The Fix’s analysis.

For those in Rio Linda who didn’t go to MIT and can’t easily divide 1,200 by 100, The Fix analyzed the data and crunched the numbers.

That’s certainly part of the problem. But we see this toxic DEI stuff in private industry, too. It’s all about intimidation and cowardice, as I noted in my post #7.

And as a side point, I don’t say that with any sense of moral superiority. If I had a family to feed and a mortgage to pay, would I speak up against DEI at a meeting run be an insane DEI consultant? Eh…probably not. It would do no good.

And I don’t think that is limited to MIT.

You got it.

“Trump needs to tear the entire university system asunder and rebuilt it from the ground up”

A few suggestions:

-Revoke the Federal Land Grants they enjoy unless they comply with statutes on admissions and non-discrimination
-Mandate ROTC again. It was a condition of the Land Grants.
-Ban the entire DIE bureaucracies and prosecute them for anti-White hetero male discrimination which is their only function.
-Prosecute any and all “professors” who use tenure to attack the nation itself. UC “professors” who push crap like “this is stolen land” come to mind first.
-Bring objective testing back for admissions

Just a few items. But central and foremost, ruthlessly prevent “these freaks” from exercising ungranted power over all the rest of us while slurping up our tax cash.

Parkinson’s Law. (paraphrased) A bureaucracy will increase in size irrespective of mission and workload, typically by 6 percent annually.

Jobs for Liberals and Leftists: because most of these don’t require actual competence or hard work, just be loyal to the cause and get paid by the wealthy, liberal money folks

Academia
Government
Legal/lobbying
Non-Profits that do very little for the actual cause, it’s about money laundering
Marketing/Advertising
Movie industry

Same here. It’s become a huge disappointment. I’d be embarrassed to be an MIT graduate.
