Here in Louisiana, we passed a slate of 11 different election integrity bills during our 2024 legislative session.
Each bill was designed to earn voters’ trust via three main goals: to help close loopholes in our existing election integrity policies, to establish uniformity in the collection and tabulation of ballots, and to help further clean our voter rolls.

Great post, and good on Louisiana.
Hope it serves as a model for more and more states.
Of course, the hard Left will cry “Voter suppression!”.
Tell me, are RCV-enabled electronic voting machines still in use in LA...?

Asking for a friend! 🤓
“Measures such as these reinforce trust in the electoral process. They grant a level of certainty to voters that their votes count and that their elections are fair, regardless of outcome.”
Is it too much to ask?
Excellent. We need to get as many states as possible to adopt strict election integrity laws. Some like Florida, Ohio, Louisiana are there.
Others like Wisconsin and Georgia have improved their election integrity laws, but need to go further.
Others like Arizona, Nevada, sadly now Pennsylvania given how the leftist dominated state supreme court has ruled, are a complete mess.
Changes in January only after changes in November.
How to deal with the left in January: In private conference rooms show open contempt. Push their button. When in public forums show firmness while showing class. Obama was good at it. Think ‘I’ve got my pen and phone’. How did we compete with that? Didn’t matter who held congress. He got his way. Our mission is bigger than his.
The 11 acts do 4 big things: (from the article)
1. Cleaning Up the Voter Rolls
2. Requiring Proof of Citizenship to Register to Vote
3. Making Absentee Voting More Secure
4. Closing Loopholes and Preventing Fraud
Very good words there.
In any open forum, we need to always realize that while we seem to be speaking to the opponent, we are actually addressing any others in the room who might actually have ears to hear. We are never actually attempting to convince the opponent. They are not listening but only performing memorized talking points.
2. Requiring Proof of Citizenship to Register to Vote

A very important point of the process. With all the new comers
that are entering and becoming a part of the processes it needs
to have required proof of citizenship as part of the process.
Where there’s a will to cheat and steal, they’ll find a way.
Instead of paying the cheaters, tossing them in prison for a few years should cut down on it.
Good job.
One of the things exposed in the 2020 election was that many, many of the state election laws have no actual penalty for violating those laws.
Understand that “fraud” has a legal meaning, which is different than the colloquial one. In PA for example, there was widespread allowance by certain counties for ballots to be selectively cured by selective outside groups, in violation of the law, which while illegal, is not “fraud”.
There are a lot of “non-fraudulent” loopholes which need to be fixed, and penalties specified for violations of open-ness and other mischief by election officials and handlers.
