Oddly it should be Kamala as she is the Vice President and she is even a worse pick than Biden. I do love Schadenfreude. If they do not pick her it will piss a lot of people off. If they do pick her they will lose big time and also down ticket. Some legal beagle on TV said that according to the rules, if Biden steps down or is 25th amended, then all the campaign cash goes automatically to Kamala. She would have to also step down for the money to go to someone else. Talk about a Hobson's choice.

The cash on hand is less than 5% of what will be needed for the full campaign.
