She always granting hearings blah, blah blah, and at the end she always rules against Trump! So she can stick it. I honestly believe she’s dragging her feet waiting for the immunity ruling of the Supreme Court. Which will come down on Monday. If it favors Trump watch for all the cases to be dropped. 🙏🏻
I don't know. I think she's just hanging Smurf out to dry and letting him twist in the wind for the sheer enjoyment of it.
I think she is doing a great job in protecting Trump’s constitutional rights. If she is waiting for the Supreme Court’s decision on immunity, which may also address Jack Smith’s unconstitutional appointment, it is a wise and prudent choice to make.
If the Supreme Court rules that Jackass Smith has no authority to prosecute Trump; game over, and no need to rule on all the other Trump motions.
If Jackass Smith is disqualified, Trump will have the ability to sue Garland and the DOJ for Civil Rights violations and get all his legal expenses repaid, plus personal damages.
