She has said for about a week now that she is going to force a vote on something called "inherent contempt". Article from The Hill:

She didn't. The headline is Gateway Pundit being what it is -- Clickbait Pundit.

What she actually said is "we will press forward with calling the privilege motion on Inherent Contempt to the floor on Friday morning" and if the motion is passed, that would "enable the Speaker of the House to order the Sergeant of Arms to take into custody the attorney general if he fails to comply with our request.”

In other words, there is no guarantee that a motion for Inherent Contempt" will be made in the House on Friday, that the House will approve the motion, or even if it does, that the Speaker will order the Sergeant of Arms to arrest Garland.
