Off the top of my head: Being able to make human brains (even if they are miniature) obey by torturing them, sounds like something certain psychopathic, control freak billionaires, with contempt for humanity, would love to be able to do?

Since we know so little about the human brain, is it wise to be doing this?
Are these mini brains truly "not sentient"?
The mini brains keep dying. Could this cause some type of negative effect?
Did they really "grow them from skin stem cells"?
What organizations are involved in this?
