When a broadcast news outlet expresses outrage at words used, its no longer a news outlet. When those words come from US Code in the federal register, it's no longer ethical or fact based.

Every six months or so, UPI publishes a handbook to news outlets of approved and forbidden terms, words, and references. The news is a joke.
