That’s an interesting concept.
I either read or listened to a guy that does this in the USA. He said he will ONLY do it if you are not running from anything illegal or running from the government. He said organized crime, drug cartels, the government - they WILL find you.
But if you are running away from a crazy ex or similar situation he will help, and you have a chance. But can never use your real name, ALWAYS deal in cash, never own a house, etc. Rent is a room or small apartment or house where the owners will deal in cash, etc. Big rental places do background checks, etc.
IIRC he said that getting fake ID’s and credit cards is just in the movies.
