Absolutely correct. Anyone who couldn't see this coming from a mile away really has no business commenting on politics at all. Textbook move, which we see all the time: lower expectation as low as they can go, then anything short of Biden literally stroking out and falling over, live on television, will be counted as a "win." Paint-by-numbers stuff.
