I’m not surprised, I know she is perceived as more Trump friendly than the other Judges in these cases. But I figured she wasn’t going to get out in front of the Supreme Court with the Presidential Immunity case only days or weeks from coming down. If the Supreme Court ruling goes in Trump’s favor, Cannon will have MUCH more solid grounds to dismiss.
The Trump lawyers are doing their process as they should, and the Judge will delay it as t should be!
Time is on Trump’s side on this by this Judge!

The way the media has been coming out everyday with anti Alito and Thomas crap, the Supremes (the conservatives) will be skeered to rule in a way that will help Trump. Thus, the reason for the unprecedented rants against conservative justices. Never seen anything like this before. There is a reason for the MSM piling on like this, and now it will take a lot more courage and backbone for the good guys to do what they know they should do. Figure on Roberts (at least) yielding to the pressure.
This is good. It means Judge Cannon’s trial of Jack Smith can continue. If she had dismissed the case, then Jack would have skated on this.

No matter who it is all the judges in America are corrupt to the core!
