Someone feel free to correct me, but I think there’s a court case that mandates schools and, more importantly, have keep these kids in a school. Not how much they suck.
I wholeheartedly disagree. There’s no helping that.
Let that kid roam the street, lower school taxes because that kid and those like that kid, are no longer being warehouses a few hours a day.
Law of survival will take care of them and they’ll soon be gone.
Until they are arrested and are warehoused in prison
And they will commit more crimes out on the street.
By law, a state must educate all students. So when a violent student is expelled, the school district must find comparable alternative education. That is often difficult and expensive. So the district will usually take the easy way out, and just suspend a violent student for a few days (if that).
But wait. It gets worse. In the state where I taught, special-needs students got extra protection. It was difficult to even suspend them for a few days.
So a violent special-needs student was often just “counseled”, then returned to class. Bad for the poor teacher. Worse for the other students.

Or the ignorant barbarian lives, and like probably every other female in her family and ancestry since Lyndon Baines Johnson gets pregnant and goes on welfare.
Then she will cost taxpayers over $70,000 a year in section 8 housing, EBT, you name it.
She will be "educated" enough to vote for the "Ds" to keep the gravy train flowing.
It won't matter if she is kept in school or not, the bureaucrats (democrats) will help her fill out the forms for welfare, etc., and help her vote.

I totally agree with you. Education should no longer be compulsory. If the kid doesn’t want to go to school, and the parents don’t care if they get an education or not, don’t make him go. It will get rid of the troublemakers. the schools will be safer and real education will happen. JMHO
