Are Mother and Child in a State that gives Her the option of being Armed for Her to defend Herself and Her Children ?

Yes. But she is about as capable violence even in self defense as a baby bunny rabbit. I’ve encouraged her to take a self defense course. She declined. Just does not have the capacity for violence. Carrying is way beyond what she could handle. Hence why prayers are so important.

I could call in a favor and have someone look after her. But even I don’t know what city she is in. Her phone pings to a different state and she does all comms through a VPN. She’s at least got that part of opsec down.
