What happened to Eric Bolling? Was he fired? If so, why? His show was top-rated.

Maybe it has to do with his son.
I wish him well.

Joe Pinion should fill that slot; he is so brilliant and earnest.

A neighbor told me that he’d been sending lewd text messages to a colleague...I don’t get Newsmax but she does and that’s what she heard when she queried her cellphone....She asked me what I could find online and I told her I found nada.

Wasn’t it something similar that got him fired from FOX cable?

He was often interviewing Chris Christie, but overall I liked his program.

That was probably from his days at Fox. I know that he broadcast from Florida so he’s probably not in the studio with everyone else to broadcast his program. Probably not a round of a lot of employees. That’s what I’m saying. But I wonder to why he left. One thing I read, said he had bigger things coming.

Happened yesterday. Bolling is the reason I subscribed to Newsmax +. They have a pretty deep bench.

I enjoy his Newsmax show. He definitely exhibits major league talent. A lot of his colleagues at Newsmax are still in the minors.

Don't believe the scuttlebutt. It is too much to imagine that E.B. sent inappropriate pictures anyone.

If a woman does not want a particular man thinking of her in a romantic way, like never-ever, the definition of ‘lewd text messages’
can have a wide range.

Giving any woman coworker a compliment on their appearance is very risky these days. Best to say nothing at all, which can take a lot of fun and spontaneity from office friendships.

My guess is that it was over money. Newsmax operates on a shoestring. Even so, they have great production values compared to others who have attempted the same thing, amazing really.

That very well could be....Isn’t the “voice” that answers queries on cell phones more up to date than that? I don’t use one so I can’t speak from experience. The computer and a cordless phones in the house is as far as I go with technology.

In year 2023, Eric B. had a net worth of at least $20. Million Dollars. So, while he may still be career-ambitious, even at age 61, he doesn’t necessarily need that Newsmax cash. What you mentioned about his late son may indeed be his prime motivator right now. There are certain kinds of people who would prefer staying very busy and engaged in the physical world during their time of deep grief. I wish him well.

Agree - suspect he upped his demands after they went subscription and Newsmax declined. Wouldn’t be surprised it he goes the route Megyn Kelly did — they seem pretty tight and she is making book.

RAV continues to increase their talent. Maybe Bolling is going there.

They just hired that Brian Glenn from RSBN. I’ve never been a fan of his, but obviously they see something in him.

Many are making far bigger money on their own now. Plus they have sole control over their content.
