The due process violations are a Federal matter. Megyn Kelly and others are citing Bragg's refusal to specify the felony Trump was charged with until after his defense rested as such a violation.
That’s correct it’s a defendant has a right to know what he is charged with in order to prepare a proper defense. My wife who is a paralegal was saying they don’t be shocked if the Supreme Court doesn’t take this case do to the constitutional issues alone.
I have followed one other FR thread with over 500 comments and still haven’t found out what the other crime was. Which one/ones of the underlying crimes did the jury say he committed? Doesn’t that have to be part of the record? Was it tax fraud, election interference or whatever the other one was?
